LIMITED WARRANTY
All MediaGear products are backed by either a 6 MONTHS or ONE YEAR / 12 MONTHS Warranty.
Term of Limited Warranty is listed on each individual product page.
UNDER WARRANTY:

Replacements, Exchanges or Refund:
Eligible to Customers who experience Hardware, Software, Quality or Functionality issues with our products.
WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We will resolve all Quality and Functionality related issues once we have received and tested the defective item. The Customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to us. Cost of shipping a replacement back to you will be covered by us.
OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
We are not responsible for anything that happens with a product outside of the United States.
WITHIN 30 days of Purchase:
If there's a problem with the product and it's within the refund period, we will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will process the refund if the item is received within 30 days of the approved refund authorization. The refund can ONLY be issued AFTER we have received the item.
AFTER 30 Days Within the Warranty Period:
If there's a problem with the product that occurs during the Warranty Period, we will still approve the exchange, but MediaGear will be unable to ship the replacement item outside of the United States. Even if the customer covers the shipping cost to return the item to us and to get the replacement shipped out, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. The customer must have a receiving address WITHIN the United States for the Warranty to be valid for replacements.
AMAZON PRIME PURCHASES:
Follow Amazon's Return/Exchange/Refund procedure.
Contact us directly at sales@mediagearpro.com if your purchase does not fall under Amazon's policy but is within MediaGear's Warranty Period. Please provide us with your proof of purchase or the Amazon Order number when you do so for eligibility. We are unable to process request without proof of purchase.
ON SITE COUPON USAGE:
All coupons are SINGLE USE: One Coupon Per Customer and cannot be combined with ANY other coupon
% Off Coupon: All Percentage (%) off coupons are eligible for purchases up to $300 before taxes, surcharges and shipping (LIMIT $30 in value). If coupon is applied to purchases above that amount, the purchase can be declined by MediaGear and amount paid be refunded to customer. You may adjust your order accordingly if this happens.

Purchases through Amazon are subject to Amazon's Return Policy and processed through Amazon.
Purchased through MediaGearPro.com site:
Returns for ANY REASON
30 Days money back:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the accessories included when returned. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed and subtracted from the refund amount. If the unit is determined faulty after testing or the problem caused by manufacturer error, the restocking fee may be waived. We will notify you about results.
To return:
1) Contact us with your purchase order number and the reason for return in order to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
2) You can contact us via email sales@mediagearpro.com (preferred) or call 1-714-564-7719 during our regular support hours.
3) Returns require a receipt or proof of purchase in order to be processed.
4) We will send you an email to confirm return eligibility. Print the email and include that in the box with the unit.
5) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6) Please do not send your purchase back to us WITHOUT PRE AUTHORIZATION. REFUND ELIGIBILITY WILL BE VOID.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or no refund at all but an exchange instead: (if applicable)
* Items with obvious signs of use (partial refund)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (Partial Refund)
* Any item that is returned more than 45 days after original delivery date (NO refund - EXCHANGE ONLY). This means, if you purchased an item on the 25th March and receive it by the 1st of April. You have 30 days to request a refund authorization. Once approved, we MUST RECEIVE the item by May 14th or it will turn into an exchange. Do send us the confirmation tracking number the day you ship the product back, as if delay is due to postal service, a partial refund can be considered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Clearance items cannot be refunded.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless there's a verifiable Quality issue or special circumstances. You will still be eligible for an change under either the 6 month or 12 month Warranty depending on which product is purchased.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damage that is not caused by the user or negligence. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@mediagearpro.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (MUST include your sales order number and/or receipt of purchase in the email as proof of purchase). If you want to exchange it for a different product, it must be pre-approved and instructions will be given to follow through on the exchange for a different product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you want expedite shipping on a replacement, you can include a check for $12.00 made out to "MEDIAGEAR INC" note "Shipping"
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
