Deposit Replacement Dock
DEPOSIT FOR REPLACEMENTS
Deposit is made so that mediaGear can send the replacement item to the customer prior to receiving the defective unit.
The customer pays the deposit, which mediaGear promises to refund upon receipt and inspection of the defective unit (and all parts that were included in the bundle with the defective unit***) - typically within 2 business days at latest. If any items are missing from the Bundle Package, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the missing items, and an itemized invoice will be sent explaining the deposit reduction.
Select model of item being replaced and note your original order ID number or RMA number to link this deposit with related replacement order. mediaGear will email you with the tracking number of the replacement being sent the same business day the deposit is received (if made before 2pm) or the next business day (for deposits made after 2pm). We are open Monday to Friday (except on observed public holidays). If a deposit is received over the weekend, the tracking number will be provided the next business day, typically Monday (unless it's a public holiday).
Missing parts will incur a reduction of the refunded deposit to the value of the parts missing. This will be itemized for the customer. Upon return or missing parts, the balance of the deposit will be returned.
